What follows is a typical day for us during Spring/Summer. Our schedule and activities tend to be different in other seasons. I have posted already about the Arctic/Polar Winter specifically, and I will post an update in the fall, and possibly in winter when not in a polar area.
These typical days are also when we are at home, not when we are raiding or traveling, which tends to be frequent in the Spring/Summer.
Notes:
In the north, there is a lot of daylight for several months. In Svalbard there is 24/7 daylight between April 19 and August 24, during which time the sun never sets. Between April 5 to September 8, there is at some point some twilight, but it never really gets dark. Even in mainland Norway, especially in the north where we always spend the Summers if not in Svalbard, there isn’t much night, if at all, for several months.
