The June issue of Proceedings, the monthly magazine of the U.S. Naval Institute (allegedly “The Independent Forum of the Sea Services”), doesn’t display a U.S. flag. Not anymore. It’s been replaced by a Ukrainian flag, in last month’s issue as well.
