In a 6-3 vote, SCOTUS (Supreme Court Of The United States) ruled yesterday in 303 Creative case that the government cannot force private businesses or individuals to violate their religious beliefs by providing products or services to individuals whose beliefs or characteristics their faith specifically excludes.
In practical terms, FORN SIÐR cannot be compelled in the United States to extend membership to anybody but males, and is entitled to expressly reject women or transgender individuals over its deeply held (and factual) beliefs that sex/gender is biological, that the two sexes/genders are fundamentally different, and over historical and military traditions of excluding women from male environments.

🤩🤩 well that's a nice change from the usual bullshit that gets ruled on.
Women can't handle the male environment. They say they can but when it comes down to even having a discussion of what to do or even planning for difficulties they freeze up and can't handle the hardest realities that we naturally step up to face and handle. So comical.
