New Course Release: GLÍMA
Both Online and In-Person Training Now Available
The GLÍMA (Hand to Hand Combat) course has been released. The course can now be accessed at Áskunnr Gunnarskólinn.
For those who registered for the course when it was in pre-release (and thus at a discounted fee no longer available), the course will now appear automatically in your dashboard once you are logged in. For all others, access to course will now be immediate upon registration.
Online Course
The online course teaches you the fundamentals of Glíma, the ancestral Norse martial art, also applied to other more modern forms of hand to hand combat. A practical element is optional and provided in selected locations.
Upon completion of the online module, you also have the option to attend a training camp, offered throughout the year at different locations.
