All legacy patches, now compromised by NATO troops in Ukraine, are no longer valid for rank or combat. They have been discontinued and replaced by a new secure design. As a result, existing stock is now made available publicly, with no restrictions, as collectibles, and on sale.

That sucks about the compromise. Cool these are on sale, but im not buying what I haven't earned. As badass as they are....
